Return and Refund Policy
At Cottonways we try hard to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. Most of the items we sell are returnable. In order for you to be eligible for a refund, please follow the following guidelines.
You may exchange any item within 30 days of purchase for another item or for store credit. All returned items must be accompanied by your receipt and with original tags still attached. You may return any item within 30 days of purchase. All returns must be accompanied by your receipt and with original tags still attached. Merchandise must be returned to us in its original condition and it must be able to be restocked in NEW CONDITION. You will be responsible for all shipping charges unless the return is a result of our error or a product defect. If free shipping is received due to a minimum order requirement and a full or partial return of order results in the order no longer meeting minimum requirements for free shipping, a shipping charge of $8 plus $1 for each additional item shipped with the original order will be deducted from the portion being refunded in addition to any restocking fees.
Exchanges accepted. Please include clear instructions, address and phone number, as well as a $8 check for repeated shipping. Shipping costs are not refunded.
