Exchange and Refund Policy

            At Cottonways we try hard to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase.  Most of the items we sell are returnable. In order for you to be eligible for a refund, please follow the following guidelines.

STORE EXCHANGES:

You may exchange any item within 30 days of purchase for another item or for store credit. All returned items must be accompanied by your receipt and with original tags still attached. Merchandise must be returned to us in its original new condition. To find a location nearest you visit our Contact page.

ONLINE RETURNS:

You may return any item within 30 days of purchase for full refund of the cost of the items returned*. All returns must be accompanied by your receipt and with original tags still attached.  Merchandise must be returned to us in its original condition and it must be able to be restocked in NEW CONDITION.  You will be responsible for all shipping charges unless the return is a result of our error or a product defect. If customer qualified for automatic free shipping by purchasing over $150 dollars and after return net payment is less than $150 dollars, shipping charged will be deducted from refund. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit to/ from our office.

ONLINE EXCHANGES:

Exchanges accepted. Please include clear instructions, address and phone number. Shipping costs are not refunded. Exchange shipping back to the customer is covered by Cottonways. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit to/ from our office.
